01The problem
Asking for Google reviews works. The problem is friction: customers don't know what to write, your card has a long URL nobody types, and the Google review form feels like a school assignment. ReviewBoost replaces all of that with a sticker, one QR per branch, and an AI that drafts a real, human-sounding review in your customer's own language. They tap, edit a sentence, post. Average ratings climb because honest happy customers actually finish the journey.
02How it works
Real flows from real customers. Read the one closest to your role; the others give you a sense of how the whole platform fits together.
03Inside ReviewBoost
12 modules out of the box. No hidden tier gates on basic functionality. No half-built features waiting on a roadmap.
Dynamic QR with high error-correction (works on dirty stickers), 600px PNG export, optional centre logo. Per-branch globally unique slugs at /r/[slug].
Customer scans, picks a star rating, picks a language, picks a tone. AI templates appear instantly. One tap deep-links to your Google review form with the chosen text pre-filled.
Five tones × three lengths × four rating buckets = 60+ templates per business. Cached at signup, regenerable on demand at ₹0.05 per call.
English, Hindi, Gujarati, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Arabic (right-to-left, fully supported). Customers pick a script before they pick a template.
If a 1–3★ rating triggers private feedback (alongside the still-visible Google link), the message lands here. Categories (service, staff, price, waiting time, quality), filter by Resolved/Unresolved, mark resolved. Never published, never shared with Google.
Three reply styles per feedback item, Empathetic, Action-Oriented, Brief. Owner picks one, edits, sends manually via WhatsApp. Never auto-sent.
Direct WhatsApp message with QR link + personalised message. India phone normalisation (+91 auto-prefix). 24-hour customer-window compliant. Touchpoint = 'whatsapp' tags inbound scans separately.
Total scans, Google clicks, conversion rate (clicks ÷ scans), submissions, private feedback. Per-touchpoint scan distribution. Daily time-series chart. Per-rating breakdown.
One business owns many ReviewBusinesses (locations / branches). Pricing tier gates the count: 1 free, 3 starter, 10+ pro, custom enterprise.
Set default tone, allowed languages, key talking points. The AI uses these as prompt anchors so suggestions sound like your business, not generic.
Brand-ready landing per QR. Logo, business name, category, address, phone, WhatsApp tap-to-call. Mobile-first; loads in under a second on 4G.
All star ratings see the Google review CTA, no review gating, ever. Private feedback is offered alongside, never as a detour. Templates are suggestions; the customer freely edits before posting.

05Why this and not the other one
Hiding bad reviews from Google violates policy and gets your profile suspended. ReviewBoost shows the Google CTA on every rating from 1 to 5, private feedback is offered alongside, never instead.
Birdeye and Podium are English-heavy. Indian customers leave better reviews when they're written in the language they actually think in. Arabic is right-to-left throughout.
Templates are starter text the customer edits before posting. They're suggestions, not auto-published reviews, fully Google-policy compliant.
Counter, table tent, packaging, WhatsApp, each gets a touchpoint key in the URL. Know which placement actually drove the review, not just total scans.
If you already use My Bakery, Restaurant POS or Capturo HMS, ReviewBoost is bundled. Standalone pricing starts where most platforms charge their highest tier.
