What is Capturo?
Capturo is an Indian cloud-software company that builds eight focused SaaS products — Capturo Studio, BizSweet, Capturo Restaurant POS, ReviewBoost, Capturo HMS, Capturo PG, Capturo Invoice and OfficePro 360 — on one shared platform. Each product is shaped around a specific trade, and all of them are WhatsApp-ready, GST-ready and UPI-ready.
How much does Capturo cost?
Every Capturo product has a free or trial tier with no credit card required, then paid plans priced in rupees. Exact plans are shown live on the pricing page and returned by public pricing APIs, so the number is always current. There are no setup fees and no lock-in.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan across every product includes a free trial, and you can start without a credit card. Set-up takes about five minutes.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up and use the free or trial tier of any Capturo product without entering any card details.
What payment methods does Capturo support?
Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay, which supports cards, UPI, net banking and EMI. On the customer-facing side (storefronts, bills, invoices), Capturo also generates UPI QR codes that carry zero payment-gateway fees.
Is Capturo GST-compliant?
Yes. Capturo generates GST invoices with HSN codes, CGST/SGST split for intra-state sales and IGST for inter-state sales, with a proper Tax Invoice label. Capturo Invoice additionally supports e-invoice (IRN) and e-way bill, plus GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B and Tally JV exports.
How does Capturo keep each business's data separate?
Every business is isolated at the database layer using a tenant-scoping design — compound indexes lead with a tenant/org/company identifier so one business's data can never appear in another's. Sensitive products (HMS, PG) also keep audit logs on record changes.
Is Capturo secure and compliant with Indian data rules?
Capturo is built DPDP-aware, with audit logging on sensitive data (notably in HMS and PG) and ABDM/ABHA readiness for healthcare. Data is isolated per tenant and access is role-gated.
Can I use more than one Capturo product together?
Yes — that's the point of one platform. If your business grows into a second activity (a bakery that opens a cafe, a clinic that runs a PG), you can turn on another Capturo product rather than switching to a new vendor.
Does Capturo work on mobile?
Yes. The apps are web-based and mobile-friendly; Capturo HMS and OfficePro 360 also ship native mobile apps (OfficePro 360 is on the Play Store and App Store with offline-first support).
Can Capturo send invoices and reminders on WhatsApp?
Yes. Across products you can send invoice PDFs, payment links and reminders on WhatsApp, with a UPI QR to help customers pay faster.
Is my data locked in if I leave?
No. Capturo has no lock-in. Your data is exportable (CSV, and Tally JV where relevant), so you always keep your records.

No. The Smart Gallery opens in any phone browser. The face-search uses the camera the browser already has.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
You can export every gallery, every contract and every invoice as a zip from your account before cancellation. We don't hold your work hostage.
Is there a commission on bookings?
No. Capturo Studio is a flat subscription. Bookings, invoicing and payments are 100% yours.
Does the public profile actually rank on Google?
Yes — every profile is server-rendered with proper structured data and per-city sitemaps. Verified studios rank on long-tail city + category queries within weeks.

No. The codebase ships with 12 categories — cake, chocolate, sweets, tiffin, mehendi, chhab decoration, custom gifts, handicrafts, home tailor, saree draping, bouquets, wedding cards, rangoli, home food. The rental and recipe modules unlock different combinations for each.
Do I need a GST number to use BizSweet?
No. GST is optional and per-business. If you have a GSTIN, invoices show a 'Tax Invoice' label with HSN codes and CGST/SGST split. If not, plain invoices.
Will my customers need an app?
No. WhatsApp messages, public invoice links, the storefront and the customer detail page all open in any phone browser.
Can I import my existing customer/product list?
Yes. CSV import for ingredients (200 / pass), customers (500), products (200) and employees (200), with a preview + skip-or-overwrite-duplicate flow.

Do I need internet in the kitchen?
Yes — the KDS is a real-time browser app. Most kitchens use a cheap Android tablet on Wi-Fi with a 4G hotspot fallback.
Can I run more than one outlet?
Yes — the schema is multi-outlet from day one. Plan tier sets the outlet cap; the data model itself doesn't care if it's 1 or 50.
What about Swiggy and Zomato?
Aggregator orders are tracked first-class with externalOrderId, delivery fee, rider, and a Parcelled lane in the kitchen. Live two-way Swiggy/Zomato API isn't included today — operators enter aggregator orders manually or via a partner-app overlay.

No. ReviewBoost shows the Google CTA on every rating, doesn't pre-write fake reviews, and asks the customer to edit before posting. We deliberately do not implement review gating because Google forbids it.
How does the AI know what my business does?
At signup you give it your business name, category, services and keywords ('masala dosa', 'fast service'). The AI uses those as anchors when drafting templates.
Will customers really edit before they post?
Most do, because the template feels like a starter, not a finished review. The 'Post on Google' button drops them into the Google review form with the text already typed in — they can change a single word or rewrite it entirely.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes — ReviewBoost deep-links to your existing Google review form. If you don't have a profile yet, we link to docs to set one up first.

No. The same platform runs a 5-doctor polyclinic and a 200-bed multi-specialty hospital. Modules you don't use stay collapsed; you can run on OPD + Pharmacy + Billing only and add IPD / OT / Lab when ready.
Are you ABDM compliant?
ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) integration is built in for ABHA creation and linkage. Sandbox mode is free; production endpoints activate on request.
How is patient data isolated between hospitals?
Each tenant has its own DB connection, and every Mongoose model carries a tenantId-led compound index. Cross-tenant queries can't run because the index doesn't exist for them.
Do you support insurance / TPA claims?
Yes — full claim lifecycle (cashless pre-auth + reimbursement) with insurer/TPA/policy management, status workflow, document upload and rejection-reason tracking.

How do tenants pay rent?
UPI QR on every invoice (your VPA per property), bank transfer with UTR, cash recorded manually, or Razorpay link (when merchant connected). The dashboard records the method on every payment.
Is there a tenant app?
Tenants log in to a mobile-optimised web portal with phone OTP — no app install, no password. They see dues, pay, raise complaints, give meal feedback and download documents.
What if a tenant doesn't pay on time?
Late-fee cron runs daily at 02:00 IST. Configurable per-day fee with an org-wide cap. Reminders fire at T-3, T+0, T+3, T+7 via email + WhatsApp deep-link.

Yes — Capturo Invoice covers GST invoicing, inventory, party ledgers, payments and GST returns like those tools, but it's cloud-first, mobile-friendly, and sends invoices as a WhatsApp PDF with a UPI QR. No per-PC license, no annual lock-in.
Does it support e-invoice (IRN) and e-way bill?
Yes. IRN generation with the signed QR and e-way bill creation are built in via a GSP partner, with sandbox and production modes. Switch them on when your turnover requires it.
Can I send invoices on WhatsApp?
Yes. With WhatsApp Business API configured, invoices go out as a PDF document with a UPI QR. Without it, the app falls back to a free wa.me link you tap to send yourself.
Can my accountant get GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B?
One click. The app builds GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summaries and a Tally journal-voucher export you can hand to your CA or upload to the GST portal.
