About Capturo
Software for India'ssmall businesses, built like an apprentice.
Capturo is the company behind seven focused tools — Capturo Studio, BizSweet, Capturo Restaurant POS, ReviewBoost, Capturo HMS, Capturo PG and OfficePro 360. Built in India, priced in rupees, obsessed with the dashboard a real owner opens at 7 am to start the day.
01Why we exist
Indian operators deserve software they don't have to translate.
Most SaaS tooling is built somewhere else, priced in dollars, and bolted onto WhatsApp, UPI and GST as afterthoughts. Indian small business owners end up paying enterprise prices for software that wasn't designed for them.
Capturo is the opposite. Each product starts from how the work actually flows in an Indian shop — a baker juggling 30 cake orders on WhatsApp, a cafe with three outlets and a captain app on a tablet, a salon owner trying to recover a 2-star reviewer. Then we ship the dashboard that owner opens every morning.
Built for one trade at a time
We don't ship a 'horizontal CRM' and tell a baker to mould it. Every product is shaped around one trade's daily rhythm — recipes for bakers, KOTs for restaurants, face-search galleries for photographers.
Fair pricing, no lock-in
Plans start at ₹99/month. No setup fees, no per-transaction skim. Cancel anytime; export your data anytime. Free tiers on every product so you can try the workflow before you commit a rupee.
Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling
Every paid plan ships GST invoices with HSN, CGST/SGST split and Tax-Invoice labels from day one. UPI QR on every customer-facing checkout. Multi-tenant database isolation, audit-grade.
02What we ship
Seven products, one platform underneath.
Each product is its own focused dashboard. The shared platform handles auth, multi-tenancy, GST invoicing, UPI, WhatsApp Business API and Razorpay so we don't re-implement them seven times.
